Cancellation Policy

At Joy Ride, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. If you need to cancel your golf cart rental, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Full Refunds: Customers are eligible for a full refund of their rental fees if the cancellation is made at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled start date of the rental.

2. Cancellation Fee: For all cancellations that qualify for a refund, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This fee is to cover credit card processing fees incurred during the transaction.

3. Cancellation Requests: To initiate a cancellation, please contact us directly via phone or email. Make sure to include your reservation details for a prompt response.

4. Cancellation Fee for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than one week (7 days) before the scheduled rental start date will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
